Easter Bunnies are scary!?

Easter Morning Mike and I are telling Adrie that the Easter Bunny came and to go see what he had brought. She says, "NO, Easter bunny scary!" We tell her that the Easter bunny isn't scary and he brought her candy. She is still refusing to get out of the bedroom. This goes on for about five minutes until Mike carries her to the basket. All the while she is saying the Easter Bunny is scary. After she realized there was no bunny she was fine and looked at her basket.... Well later we come to find out that while Mike and I were at the Rodeo the night before, Grandma and Kassie had taken Adrie to the Grocery store and there was a Bunny handing out Candy. Adrie was terrified. They tried to coax her into liking him with candy. The exact same thing we were doing Easter Morning. Adrie was glued to Kassie the entire time they were in the store because she was thinking that she would run into the bunny again. She is traumatized by the Easter Bunny. Mike and I didn't help the situation by telling her the Easter bunny came but everyone got a good laugh.

Adrie got her hair cut!

Mike's sister Melanie cut Adrie's hair on Sunday. I love love love it! It makes her hair look a lot fuller. She did an A-line cut and stacked the back. Everywhere we go Adrie tells all around her that her hair is cute and Melanie cut it. She has picked up a huge vocabulary in the last month or so. I like it when she is able to communicate with me and tell me whats going on, instead of playing guessing games.

Happy Birthday & Anniversary Mike!

Mike and I have been Married for three years today! We got married on Mike's Birthday, He is 25 years old! We are excited to spend a quiet dinner alone tonight! We usually spend a weekend in park city but it's been a long year and all of our money has went into our spec home! So hopefully we continue on with the tradition next year! Happy Birthday Babe! Love you!

Church Calling!

So I knew the when the executive sec. asked us to come into church early it wasn't a good thing! I was recently released from primary and now I think it wasn't such a hard thing....We got called to be ward missionaries. I thought this calling was for older wiser couples. I don't know what to expect at all but I am so nervous. Mike and I will teach the gospel principles class to non-active, new members, and investigators. AAAAAAAAHhhh. Sometimes I feel like a new member, especially when I don't know answers to questions that are asked. I am flippin' out. To top things off, we got asked to give the opening and closing prayer in sacrament meeting. I am not comfortable getting up in front of people at all. So I think that this is going to be a challenge! Pray for me.....
